Refund & Returns Policy
Cancellations
We want you to love your magical treasures. Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To initiate a cancellation, please contact us at magickalthreads@outlook.com.
Return Process
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Once we have confirmed your return request, you have 14 days to post the items back to us. Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Exclusions
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable. These include Mystery Boxes, custom-crafted items, sealed health or hygiene items once unsealed and perishable goods. If you receive a faulty item from these categories, please contact us immediately for assistance.
All Mystery Boxes, are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless an item arrives damaged. Each box is random and the variation is part of the experience.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned items. The credit will be applied to your original payment method. We do not offer direct exchanges; if you require a different item, please return the unwanted product for a refund and place a new order.
