Processing Times
Each magickal item is prepared with individual care and intention. Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be processed, ritualised, and packaged before it is dispatched.
UK Shipping & Times
We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries to ensure your treasures arrive safely. Standard UK shipping usually takes 2-4 working days from the date of dispatch.
Shipping costs are based on the size and weight of your order and are automatically calculated at checkout before you pay.”

Tracking
Once your order has been handed over to the spirits of the post, you will receive a confirmation email. If you have selected a tracked service, your tracking number will be included in this email.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
While we hope every journey is swift, occasionally delays occur. Royal Mail does not consider a parcel lost until 10 working days after the expected delivery date. If your order has not arrived after this period, please contact us at magickalthreads@outlook.com so we can investigate.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery details are accurate before completing your purchase. We cannot be held responsible for items sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-delivery fee will apply.
Damaged Parcels
We take great care in protecting your items. However, if your order arrives damaged, please take clear photographs of both the packaging and the contents and contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will work quickly to provide a replacement or refund for the damaged goods.
